Horizon Glassworks is a glass art studio located in Bali, Indonesia, specializing in handcrafted glass art, including custom orders, glassblowing experiences, and training courses.

2. Custom Orders

  • Ordering: Custom orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. All custom orders are subject to availability and our ability to meet the requested specifications.
  • Design and Pricing: We will provide a quote based on the design, size, color, and other specifications. Pricing details are provided upon request.
  • Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your custom order. Payment can be made via direct transfer. We will contact you with payment details.
  • Production Time: Custom pieces require a specified production time. This will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
  • Returns and Cancellations: Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has started. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

3. Glassblowing Experiences

  • Booking: To book a glassblowing experience, full payment is required. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
  • Age Requirement: Experiences are available for ages 9 and up.
  • Session Details: Each session lasts 30 minutes. The price includes color options and guidance from a professional artisan. Sessions are priced at 2 million IDR per piece (up to 5 pieces). Each piece requires 24 hours to cool.
  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: To reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Training Courses

  • Enrollment: Full payment is required to secure your place in a training course. Payment details will be provided upon enrollment.
  • Course Details: The course spans four weeks with four-hour sessions. The cost is 4 million IDR per class. Classes have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 students.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not available once the course has started. Please review the course details before enrolling.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Horizon Glassworks and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

6. Liability

Horizon Glassworks is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during glassblowing experiences or training courses.
